Our Transformative Programs

Program No. 1: Building Futures

Creating a Space for Growth and Opportunity

Our first initiative involves redeveloping a property at 5848 and 5852 NE 42nd Ave., Portland, Oregon. This project includes:

• Demolishing an existing structure to make way for a new, multi-level building.

• The new building will feature:

  • Office space for Straight Path Inc and future employers.

  • Studio apartments for foster care transition participants.

  • A communal area for job events and social gatherings.

  • Residence for the Larkins Family, embodying our commitment to the community.

Program No. 2: Fresh Chance Career Journey

Bridging Skills and Opportunities

Fresh Chance Career Journey is a collaborative effort with local businesses and community partners. Our aim is to uplift skilled yet underrepresented individuals by connecting them with employers who are committed to making a positive impact in the communities they serve.
